# Voice Notes

## Synco's Voice Notes provides a convenient way for team members to report on project updates and facilitate quicker communication via audio recordings.

### Sending a Voice Note 

 

**1. Select A Conversation:** From Home on your mobile app, select an existing thread or chat.

**2. Press The Microphone Icon:** At the bottom of the conversation, click on the **Microphone** Icon to automatically start your recording.

**3. Record:** Once you see the recording begin, speak your message into your phone or headphones. Once finished, Click the **Stop** button.

**4. Send Recorded Voice Note:** After you stop the recording, the audio message will automatically convert into a file. Click the **Send** button to send the voice note message.

**5. Voice Note Transcription:** After the Voice Note is sent, it will be automatically transcribed for everyone in the conversation.

Voice Notes can be transcribed for written records.
