Synco now utilizes powerful AI tools to help the efficiency and effectiveness of team communication.

 

 

AI Subject Suggestion:

Do subject lines slow you down when sending messages to your team? AI Subject Suggestion will create a subject for you based on the message's content. This will help the speed and efficiency of getting the right messages to the right people.

1. Click Compose To Start A New Conversation: Type your message into the text box, and once you are finished, click the Send button.  

 

 

2. Subject Suggestion: After sending the message, AI Subject Suggestion will populate a subject based on the content of your message.

 

 

3. AI Subject Preview: If you prefer to preview the subject line before sending your message,  click the Suggest Subject button, which will appear when you start to type your message. NOTE: You can click Suggest Subject multiple times for alternative options.

 

AI Conversation Summary

With the click of a button, you can now summarize entire conversations in Synco. No more time wasted trying to catch up and analyze complex portfolio discussions. Whether you’re coming back from vacation, being in the field, or just out to lunch, you can now catch up on conversations in seconds.

 

1. Select Conversation From Your Inbox: Click on the conversation you want summarized.  The conversation window will populate on the right side.  

 

 

2. Click Summarize Conversation: When you hover over the AI icon, Summarize Conversation will appear. Click on the Summarize Conversation button.

 

 

3. Conversation Summarized: Synco will generate a summary of the current conversation. NOTE: If you would like a different version of the summary, you can click Summarize Conversation multiple times to get alternative summaries.
