Searching for information in Synco is quick and easy. There are various ways to find the information you need. Using the search bar and filter allows you to get what you need, instantly.
SEARCH BAR
Use the search bar in your inbox to look for any message, conversation, tag or attachment. Type in any word, callout or tag and hit enter/return to find the associated information.

FILTER
The filter button, located on the top right hand side of your inbox, is a great way to find specific messages and conversations. Users can look at conversations based on specific attributes such as: Unread, starred, Attachments, date range etc. Multiple filters can be used at once to drill down and find information
Example 1: Using filters to find messages relating to a tag in a specific date range, i.e. show me all conversations in the last 7 days that have been tagged - #securitysweeps
Example 2: Using filters to find all conversations relating to a specific group, i.e. show me all conversations from the group @leasingteam
