Groups are your Synco's distribution lists, allowing you to communicate with multiple users simultaneously in a Thread.Similar to emailing a team or cc-ing individuals, Groups ensure everyone receives the same information.
1. Send a message to a Group: From Home, click the New Threads button in the top left corner of your screen.
2. Callout a Group: In the text box, begin to type your message or callout a team by typing the @ symbol followed by the name of that team. As you type, the dropdown will present Groups that match your criteria. Once you see the Group you want to message, click on it. You can include multiple Groups in order to reach a wider audience for your Thread conversation.
3. Send message: Once you have written your message and selected the distribution Group(s), click on the Send icon in the bottom right. Sending this message will start a new Thread that will remain in your Threads inbox (visit My Profile Settings to customize which Group notifications enter your Threads inbox).
