Groups

Groups power communication around a property, project, department, or topic

  • Groups are Synco's smart distribution lists. Groups are set up by your organization and are made up of team members working on a property, project or department. 
  • Instead of wondering who to cc on a message, send a message using a group. All members of that group will either receive a message in their inbox, or have the ability to drop in on that conversation (depending on each users unique inbox settings for that group).
  • Groups are quick and easy to use. Click the orange compose button and type the @ symbol in the compose message box. Choose from the groups that appear to deliver that message to the right people.

Examples: @TheGrandAdams would be used in a message by a user who wants to distribute a message or start a conversation with members of the @TheGrandAdams group. 

 

  • Multiple groups can be involved in a message or in a conversation.
