Synco’s new Text Enablement feature ensures that your entire property management team can stay connected, even if some members haven’t fully adopted the Synco app yet. With Text Enablement, team members can receive and respond to Synco conversations via SMS, allowing for seamless communication while ensuring all messages remain organized within the Synco platform.

How It Works
- Enable SMS/Text Messaging: Admins can activate Text Enablement for team members within the Admin Portal by clicking into any User and switching "Text Delivery" on ✅. If a user isn't active in the Synco app yet, they will automatically have "Text Delivery" turned on. Each user can turn on "Text Delivery" for themselves in My Profile under Settings. This feature can be toggled on/off at anytime by the User or Admin.
- Receive Synco Messages via SMS: Users with Text Enablement turned on will receive any new Synco Thread or Chat message as a Text/SMS on their mobile phone.
- Reply via SMS: Users can respond to messages directly via Text/SMS, and their responses will appear instantaneously in the Synco conversation.
- Transition to the app: Once ready, users can log into the Synco app for a richer messaging experience. The user will have direct links to the Synco app within each thread or chat they receive via Text/SMS, encouraging them to download and utilize the mobile app.
