Starring a conversation gives you the ability to save and access a specific conversation anytime by creating a bookmark in your navigation bar. This is a great way to save messages and conversations that you need to come back to for later reference.
Starred conversations are found in the navigation bar under your Inbox.
Clicking on Starred Conversations will display all currently starred conversations
Starring a conversation is easy and can be done in two ways. Conversations can be starred directly from your inbox or while in the specific conversation.
To remove a starred conversation simply click on the star icon to unhighlight it and the conversation will be removed from your bookmarks. This can be done from within Starred Conversations, your Inbox, or the actual conversation.
