The Remind me feature in Synco ensures that you stay on top of important conversations and follow-ups. With this feature, every conversation in Synco can be equipped with a reminder, allowing you to keep track of all essential messages and efficiently complete follow-ups.
You can easily set a reminder for any conversation in Synco, whether it's for a few hours, days, or a specific time period of your choosing. When the designated time is up, the conversation will automatically be brought to the top of your inbox, and you'll receive a notification.
To set a reminder in Synco on the web, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your inbox.
- Hover your mouse over the conversation where you want to set a reminder.
- Click on the timer/clock icon.
- Choose the specific day and time when you want the conversation to reappear at the top of your inbox
- After setting a reminder, you can easily access all conversations with reminders in the Reminders section.
To set a reminder on the Synco mobile app:
- Go to your inbox.
- Swipe left on the conversation where you want to set a reminder.
- Tap on the timer/clock icon.
- Choose the specific day and time when you want the conversation to reappear at the top of your inbox.
