Quickly print or export your Synco conversations with the click of a button
We're excited to announce the release of a powerful new feature: PDF Export/Print Conversations. This feature allows users to effortlessly print conversations and export them as PDF files or ZIP files, ensuring seamless record-keeping, compliance, and offline archiving.
How it works:
1. Choose a Conversation: Click on the conversation you want to export or print from.
2. Select the Menu Button: Access your conversation options by clicking on the menu button located at the top right-hand side of the conversation, represented by three vertical dots.
3. Choose to Print or Export the Conversation: From the conversation menu you can select the option to print the conversation, or choose to export the conversation.
4. Export a Conversation: When exporting a conversation, you can choose to export it as a PDF file or as a ZIP file, which will include all attachments and documents associated with that conversation.
5. Download the Conversation: After choosing the export option, Synco will generate the report and provide you with the ability to download it to your device.
Use Cases: The PDF Export/Print Conversation feature is versatile and can be utilized for a variety of purposes, such as:
