With Synco, users can initiate conversations directly from their emails. To streamline communication, users have the ability to send emails directly to Synco using a specific email address assigned to either a group or an individual. By doing so, a new conversation thread will be initiated in Synco, including the relevant group, person, and tags associated with the email address. This feature eliminates the need for long email chains, multiple email threads for a single issue, and the constant hassle of adding and removing recipients.
By forwarding your emails into Synco, you can turn any conversation into a well-organized and real-time discussion. This powerful feature not only enables faster coordination and problem-solving but also enhances collaboration among team members. By centralizing all communication in Synco, you can ensure that everyone involved in the conversation has access to the same information, reducing the risk of miscommunication or missed updates. Synco users can have all the necessary details in one place, allowing everyone to stay on the same page and make informed decisions.
How It Works:
Every company has a custom Synco email domain - @[company].mysynco.com.
Forward an email to a Group, individual or yourself in Synco:
- Find the unique email address of each user or group by navigating to the contacts page in the left-hand navigation. You can then use the copy and paste function to easily copy the email address of the user or group and save it to your clipboard.
- Use the copied address to forward the email to:
- [Synco Group callout]@[company].mysynco.com
- Example - leasingteam@acmemgmt.mysynco.com
- [Person's Synco callout]@[company].mysynco.com
- Example - alexoverton@acmemgmt.mysynco.com
- [Your callout]@[company].mysynco.com
- Example - amir.abrams@acmemgmt.mysynco.com
- [Synco Group callout]@[company].mysynco.com
- The email (including any attachments) will create a new conversation in Synco where recipients can respond in real time, directly within the conversation thread.
Use the Synco forwarding email address in other systems:
- Set up a Synco group-specific email address to receive email alerts from your other software systems (e.g. PMS, violation alerts, etc.)
Take advantage of Synco's auto-tagging feature:
- When you forward emails to Synco groups that have automatic tags applied, the conversations will be automatically tagged and organized for you and anyone else in the conversation
