Callouts

• A callout is a way to send a direct message to a user or group of users by typing the @ symbol followed by a users name or group name. Callouts can also be used to bring a user(s) into an already existing conversation.
• Using a callout in a message will send the associated conversation into that specific user's Inbox.

Example 1: Direct message a user

NOTE: type the @ symbol followed by the user's name. You can select from the picklist as you begin typing in a name.
