Synco admins can archive any Tag that is no longer relevant. These Tags can be archived individually or in bulk.
Archive Tag
1. Synco Admin: If you are a team admin, click on Admin towards the bottom of your left hand navigation.
2. Navigate to your Tags: In your Synco admin, click on Tags on the left hand side.
3. Select Tag to Archive: Once you have identified the Tag you would like to archive, click on the Archive button on the far right column.
4. Archive Tag: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to archive the Tag or retain it in your active list. Click Archive.
Bulk Deactivation
1. Navigate to your Tags tab: In your Synco admin, click on the Tags tab on the left-hand side to begin archiving multiple selections.
2. Select Tags: On the left-hand side, check the boxes to select the multiple items that you want to remove from your account.
4. Select Action To Archive: After checking the boxes of the Tags you want to remove, navigate to the Select Action button above the Tags list and then click on Archive.
5. Archive the Tags: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to archive the Tags selected or retain them in your active list. Click Archive.

Q: Can any team member archive a Tag?
A: No. These archive capabilities are specific to your company's admins.
Q: Can I retrieve an archived Tag?
A: Yes you can! Your Tags will still be available for all users under Archived Tags. And you can still use the search bar to find archived messages and their content.
Q: Do archived Tags disappear from my left-hand navigation?
A: There will be a new section called Archived Tags which can be found under Tags.
