Reply to Message

With Synco's new Reply to Message feature, you can effortlessly respond to the specific message you're referring to in a conversation. Say goodbye to confusion and hello to seamless communication.


How to reply to a message:

Web

  1. Hover over a message with your mouse
  2. Hover over the reply arrow to add a quick reply OR
  3.  Select "Reply to message" to send your own message
  4. Send your direct response

                                       

 

Mobile App

  1. Long press on a message or press the three dots on the right side of the message
  2. Select "Reply to Message" 
  3. Send your direct response

 

After replying to a message, users can tap on the quoted message to easily navigate back to the original message.
